If you are travelling to Russia and take prescription medication, new laws in Russia require that your prescription is translated into Russian and Notarised.

At the moment, the list of drugs this has to be done for is in Russian only! However, the new rules do not seem to apply to anti-inflammatory drugs or those taken for colds or flu.

If you are in any doubt you need to speak to a notary, as this process will need to be started several weeks before your trip. I can arrange for translations if needed.
